No Cost EMI & Low Cost EMI Offers—Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions for NO COST EMI Offer :
1. Eligibility:
o Offer valid on a minimum booking amount of INR 50,000.
o Available exclusively on all major bank credit cards.
2. Tenure Options:
o Tenures of 3, 6, 9, or 12 months are eligible for the No Cost EMI scheme.
3. Processing Fee:
o A nominal processing fee ranging between INR 199 and INR 299 may be charged by the respective banks for converting the transaction into EMIs.
4. Transaction Limits:
o The maximum transaction limit will depend on the credit card's limit and bank policies.
5. Non-refundable processing charges:
o Processing charges once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
6. Offer Validity:
o The No Cost EMI offer is valid for bookings confirmed within the specified campaign period.
7. Pre-Closure Penalty:
o Pre-closure of the EMI plan may attract a penalty, as per the respective bank’s policies.
8. Cancellations and Refunds:
o In case of booking cancellation, the refund process will be subject to the travel agency’s cancellation policy, and any applicable EMI interest or charges levied by the bank will not be refunded.
Terms and Conditions for LOW COST EMI Offer :
1. Eligibility:
o Offer valid on a minimum booking amount of INR 50,000.
o Available exclusively on all major bank credit cards.
2. Tenure Options and Interest Rates:
o Tenures of 18 months and 24 months are eligible.
o Interest rate: 7% per annum for 18 months and 6.8% per annum for 24 months.
3. Processing Fee:
o A nominal processing fee ranging between INR 199 and INR 299 may be charged by the respective banks for converting the transaction into EMIs.
4. Transaction Limits:
o The maximum transaction limit will depend on the credit card's limit and bank policies.
5. Non-refundable processing charges:
o Processing charges once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

o The Low Cost EMI offer is valid for bookings confirmed within the specified campaign period.

General Terms and Conditions Applicable to Both Offers :
1. Bank-Specific Policies:
o The EMI conversion and related charges are subject to individual bank policies. The travel agency is not responsible for these charges.
2. Offer Applicability:
o Offers are applicable only for travel packages directly booked through the agency and are non-transferable.
3. No Liability for Bank Issues:
o The travel agency holds no responsibility for any delay, denial, or other issues arising from the bank’s end in EMI conversion or payment processing.
4. Modification of Terms:
o The agency reserves the right to modify or discontinue the offers at its sole discretion without prior notice.
5. Jurisdiction:
o Any disputes arising out of these offers will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where the agency is headquartered.
