Upon reaching our destination, we settle into our accommodations, unwinding in the tranquil ambiance of our hotel. The evening invites us to indulge in a delectable dinner, followed by a peaceful overnight stay, allowing us to rejuvenate amidst the serenity of Sitapur/Phata.
After an early morning breakfast, take a sharing jeep from Sonprayag to Gaurikund. From there, embark on a scenic 16km trek to Shri Kedarnath Dham, surrounded by breathtaking Himalayan landscapes. Reach the sacred destination and immerse yourself in the divine aura, witnessing the evening aarti. Conclude the day with a peaceful stay and hearty dinner at Shri Kedarnath Dham, amidst the tranquil ambiance of the mountains.
After attending the early morning aarti at Kedarnath Dham, trek back to Gaurikund and drive to Sitapur. After a short rest, continue the journey to Chopta, known as the ‘Mini Switzerland of India,’ surrounded by lush green meadows and stunning Himalayan views. Relax and acclimatize for the next day’s trek.
Begin an exciting 5 km trek to Tungnath, the highest Shiva temple in the world, offering breathtaking views. After darshan, trek down and proceed to Joshimath. Later, continue the drive to Badrinath Dham, one of the holiest Char Dham pilgrimage sites. In the evening, visit the sacred Badrinath temple and take part in the aarti.
After morning darshan at Badrinath Temple, depart for Joshimath. En route, enjoy views of the Alaknanda River and majestic Himalayan landscapes. Brief halt at Joshimath for lunch or sightseeing (optional visit to Shankaracharya Math or Narsingh Temple). Continue the journey toward Pipalkoti or Srinagar. Arrive by evening and check-in at the hotel for overnight stay.
After breakfast, depart from Srinagar (Uttarakhand) for Rishikesh. Enjoy a scenic drive through the Garhwal hills, passing the sacred confluence at Devprayag.
