Instagram Giveaway Rules and Terms

Giveaway Details:

• This is a travel-themed giveaway organized by PlanMyTour under the brand name of VistaVoyage Solutions (OPC) Private Limited.

• Total Winners: 111 winners will be selected to receive 111 unique travel tours.

• The giveaway is hosted on our official social media platforms: Instagram and Facebook (@planmytourofficial).

Rules to Follow:

1. Follow our Instagram account @planmytourofficial.

2. Like and Follow our Facebook Page (@planmytourofficial).

3. Share the giveaway post with 3 friends.

4. Share the giveaway post on your Instagram status (the account must be public, and the status must be shared publicly, not with close friends).

5. Comment "#PlanMyTour" and tag any 5 unique friends.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Participants must follow all the rules mentioned above to qualify.

2. Only one comment per user will be considered.

3. Participants must maintain their follow status on our Instagram and Facebook accounts until the giveaway results are announced.

4. Any participant found unfollowing our social media profiles before the giveaway results will be disqualified.

Giveaway Process:

1. The giveaway period starts from 1st November 2024 and ends on 15th December 2024.

2. Winners will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible participants.

3. If the number of qualified participants is less than the number of winners, the giveaway will be forfeited or rescheduled at our discretion.

Announcement of Winners:

1. Winners will be announced on 25th December 2024 via our Instagram and Facebook stories/posts.

2. Winners must claim their prize within 03 months by contacting us via direct message or email.

Additional Terms & Conditions:

1. Participants must ensure their profile is public during the giveaway period and until winners are announced.

2. The giveaway is open to participants aged 18 and above. Minors must have parental consent to participate.

3. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

4. PlanMyTour reserves the right to verify participants' eligibility before announcing winners.

5. Any detected use of fake accounts or automated entries will lead to disqualification.

6. PlanMyTour is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to internet outages or platform glitches, that may affect participation.

7. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow PlanMyTour to use their username, images, and content for promotional purposes.

8. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

9. VistaVoyage Solutions (OPC) Private Limited reserves the right to amend or terminate the giveaway at its discretion without prior notice.

10. Travel dates and destinations will be determined by PlanMyTour, and winners must adhere to the specified itinerary. Any additional costs not covered by the giveaway will be borne by the winners.
