- PlanMyTour: Refers to VistaVoyage Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, operating under the brand name ‘PlanMyTour.’ Both names are used interchangeably.
- Guests: Individuals who have registered, inquired, or booked a tour by making a partial or full payment for any of our tours, customized packages, or travel-related services. This includes their heirs, executors, and administrators.
- Tours: This includes both domestic and international tours organized by PlanMyTour.
- FIT (Free Independent Travel) Refers to individual travel arrangements.
- GIT (Group Inclusive Tour): Refers to travel arrangements for groups.
- Customized Holiday: A tailor-made holiday with an itinerary designed according to individual preferences.
- India Inbound: Tours intended for non-residents to explore India and the Indian Subcontinent.
- Specialty Tours: Includes City Breaks, Family Specials, Pilgrimages, Senior's Specials, Solo, Honeymoon, Luxury Tours, and Cruises.
- Corporate Tours (MICE): specialized group travel for meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and other events.
- Tour Price: The cost of the tour as detailed in our brochures, website, or other communications, including applicable taxes and surcharges.
- Day: refers to a 24-hour period or any part thereof, starting from the first destination on the first day and ending on the last day of the tour.
- Force Majeure: events beyond our control, such as war, natural disasters, epidemics, and other unforeseen circumstances.
- Extra Mattress/Bed: Additional bedding is provided as per the tour's requirements.
- Brochure: Includes printed materials, website content, itineraries, and other promotional literature.

- Web Pages: Pages on the PlanMyTour website.
- Jain Food: Meals prepared without onion and garlic, offered during tour group meals.
- Meal Includes: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and/or snacks as specified.
- Tour Manager/Leader/Escort/Assistant: The person designated by the Company to assist and guide guests during their tours.
- Gender: References to masculine include feminine and vice versa; singular includes plural and vice versa.
- Jurisdiction: Exclusive authority of Mumbai courts and forums in case of legal disputes.
Additional Information
- Visa: A certificate or stamp issued by immigration authorities granting temporary entry to a country. We only facilitate the visa process and do not influence visa issuance or denial.
- Cancellation Policy: This policy includes all charges related to cancellations by the company or third parties.
- Visa Cancellation Policy: Covers charges related to visa issues.
- Surcharge: Additional fees applied during peak seasons or due to changes by contractors or suppliers.
- Super Peak Season: Includes major holidays such as summer vacations, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, or other advertised peak periods.
- Credit Note/Future Tour Voucher: A voucher for future bookings issued in case of tour postponement or cancellation.

Booking Criteria
When booking a tour with PlanMyTour, the following criteria apply:

Registration and Acceptance:
- Payment of the registration amount indicates your interest in the tour and confirms that you have reviewed and accepted all terms and conditions outlined in our brochure, website, or booking form.
- If booking on behalf of others, it is assumed you have their authorization and they are aware of all terms and conditions.
- A contract between you and PlanMyTour is established once your booking is confirmed and accepted by us.

- Domestic Tours: A valid photo ID is necessary.
- International Tours: A valid passport and a PAN card are mandatory according to RBI regulations.
- If you do not possess these documents at the time of booking, a provisional booking may be made. This will be confirmed only after submission of the required documents.

Customized Holidays:
- After your travel advisor confirms your customized holiday booking, you will receive a confirmation via email and SMS.
- For additional information, contact us between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm, six days a week.
- Vouchers will be sent 72 hours before your departure date, provided full payment has been made.

- Booking a tour implies that you are in good health and fit to travel.
- You are responsible for maintaining your health throughout the tour.
- If you have any medical conditions that could impact your tour experience, you must inform PlanMyTour in writing.
- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue your participation in the tour if deemed necessary. Any health-related issues or costs incurred during the tour are your responsibility.
- PlanMyTour may request a medical certificate or test before departure or during the tour. If you cannot provide the required documentation, we may refuse your participation.
- Be aware that airlines and other service providers might refuse service on medical grounds. Ensure you are familiar with their rules and regulations, as we are not responsible for any consequences arising from them.
- Consider purchasing travel insurance to cover potential cancellations or hospitalizations. Please review our insurance section for more details.
Change in Itinerary Policy

Coach, Baggage, and Airline Policy

- Seats are assigned based on the booking date, with early bookers getting priority. Seat numbers provided at booking are indicative and subject to change. No claims for specific seats will be accepted.

- Seats 3 and 4 are reserved for Prime Seat bookings at an additional cost. If a paid Prime Seat is unavailable, we will refund only the seat payment.

Coach Conditions:
- We are not responsible for defects in the coach, air conditioning, or the behavior of the driver or attendant. Adherence to the schedule is required to avoid missed sightseeing opportunities.

- Smoking, alcohol, and eating are not allowed on the coach. Valuables should not be left on the coach; we are not responsible for losses or damages.

World Tours Coaches:
- We provide luxury, air-conditioned coaches. In some cases, coasters or small vehicles may be used. Some coaches may have an emergency washroom, which is not a substitute for restrooms. A tip may be required for using this facility.

- We use a range of vehicles, including air-conditioned coaches, tempo travelers, and jeeps, depending on the tour type and number of guests.
Baggage:

- You are responsible for your own baggage, including valuables and documents. The tour manager is not liable for lost or damaged items. Secure valuables using hotel safes or declare them to airlines.

- Existing Visas: If a visa's validity exceeds the passport validity, both old and new passports must be carried. Transferring old visas to new passports may be required.
3. Travel Insurance
- Requirement: Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory. It covers cancellation, medical expenses, repatriation, and more. For international tours, insurance is included for guests up to 59 years old; additional coverage can be arranged for older guests.
- Exclusions: Pre-existing conditions and adventure sports are not covered. Guests are responsible for arranging transportation and expenses in case of death. PlanMyTour is not involved in insurance claims or disputes.
4. Photo Identification
- Requirements: Guests must carry photo ID such as a driving license, election ID, PAN card, or student ID. This ID must match the one submitted to PlanMyTour and may be necessary for certain activities.
5. Documents for Foreign Nationals
- Special Requirements: Foreign nationals and NRIs may have different visa fees and documentation requirements. Additional charges may apply.
6. Communication
- Information Delivery: Tour details will be sent via SMS and email. Delivery is subject to network conditions. PlanMyTour is not responsible for any issues with message delivery.
7. Immigration
- Discretion: While a visa grants entry, the final discretion for access is determined by immigration authorities. Guests may experience delays or deportation, with all associated costs borne by the guest. PlanMyTour is not liable for such situations or related expenses.

For transfers to the same tour, only actual air ticket cancellation charges will apply, and new discounts will be provided.

- Minimum Guest Requirement: PlanMyTour may cancel or amend group tours if the minimum number of guests is not met. In such cases, guests will receive a refund of the amount paid minus taxes, but no interest or additional costs. Notifications will be sent via SMS, phone, or email.
- Honeymoon Tours: If a specialty honeymoon tour does not meet the minimum guest requirement, it may be merged with a family tour. Guests will benefit from both the honeymoon and group tour pricing. Guests who prefer not to join the merged tour will be offered a FIT option.
- Bus Seats: Bus seats are auto-generated based on the booking date and time. Manual adjustments are not possible.

- Group Tours: Individual special services are not typically available. However, if notified at booking, PlanMyTour will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disabled guests or senior citizens. The company is not responsible for providing specialized assistance. Most transportation services may lack wheelchair access, so a capable companion should assist guests requiring special help.
Tour Managers

- Assistance: Tour Managers help throughout the tour but are not responsible for guests' baggage or personal belongings. Loss, damage, or expenses related to personal items are the guest’s responsibility. Lost items should be reported to local authorities for independent retrieval.

- WhatsApp Group: A WhatsApp group will be created on the second day for sharing tour information. Guests should inform the Tour Manager if they have concerns about this.
