- Cost of pre- and post-tour hotel accommodation.
- Any extra expenses due to unforeseen circumstances (route, airline, date changes, etc.).
- Cost of insurance for travelers aged 60 and above.
- Porterage, laundry, phone charges, shopping, and non-included food and drinks.
- Any extra costs due to illness, accidents, or personal emergencies.
- Any services or activities not included in the itinerary.
- Anything not listed in the ‘tour price includes’ section.

- Checks: Checks must be issued by an Indian bank and in INR only. Deposited funds generally take 2 to 3 business days to appear in the account. For a check deposit, write our account number and contact details on the back of the check. Ensure all account information is clearly visible. Please email clear copies of all four corners of the check.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY :
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- If a guest wishes to cancel their tour for any reason, they must submit a written request to the company within the specified timeframe, accompanied by the original receipt issued by the company. Cancellations will incur fees as detailed below.
- Cancellation charges are based on the total tour cost and vary depending on the departure and cancellation dates.
- For transport tickets, cancellation fees follow the rules set by the respective authorities. Air tickets purchased at special rates are NON-REFUNDABLE, and the guest will be responsible for any cancellation fees.
- Refunds will be processed only after the company has received the corresponding refund from the authorities. Processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellation Charges:

- 30–22 Days Before Departure: 10%
- 20–16 Days Before Departure: 25%
- 15-07 Days Before Departure: 50%
- 06-03 Days Before Departure: 75%
- 03-00 Days Before Departure: 100%
Refund Policy:
- Refunds for standard cancellations are processed within 45 to 60 working days and will be issued via bank transfer only.
Note: In cases of natural disasters or government travel bans, refunds will be based on the policies of the supplier, hotel, or airline. If a credit note is issued instead of a cash refund, it will be provided according to their terms and conditions. The company is not liable for cash or bank transfer refunds under these circumstances.
USEFUL INFORMATIONS :
- Upgrades and Complimentary Services: Airline or room upgrades and complimentary services are not provided unless specified at the time of booking.
- Unused Services: No refund is available for services not utilized during the tour.
- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit (in cash or credit card) is required by hotels for incidental charges. This deposit is not included in the quote and must be paid directly to the hotel at check-in.
- Valuables: Avoid keeping valuables in the coach or vehicle during sightseeing. PlanMyTour is not responsible for lost valuables. Guests will be liable for any damage to the coach or vehicle.
- High Season Surcharges: Rates do not apply during long weekends or public holidays; surcharges may apply.
- Child Policy: Children up to 4 years old stay free. Rates apply to adults aged 12 years and older.
- Identification: Carry personal identification such as an election card, driving license, or passport for air travel and hotel check-in.
- Rate Validity: Rates are applicable only for Indian nationals and are subject to change without notice.
- Room Availability: Prices are based on standard rooms. If unavailable, guests will bear the cost of room upgrades.
- Hotel Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Alternative Hotels: If the listed hotels are unavailable, similar category hotels will be used. Room heaters may be available at an additional cost.
- Meals: Hotel meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are based on a set menu. Additional items will incur extra charges.
- Driver Services: The driver is not a guide. Guests are responsible for exploring sightseeing locations on their own.
- Vehicle Usage: The vehicle is not at disposal. Extra charges apply for additional sightseeing.
- Itinerary Changes: The itinerary is subject to change. Rates are not valid during national holidays, festive seasons, long weekends, Christmas, or the New Year.
TCS TERMS & CONDITIONS :
As per Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, Tax Collected at Source (TCS) is applicable on bookings for international tour packages.
- 5% TCS applies for amounts up to INR 7 Lakhs.
- 20% TCS applies for amounts exceeding INR 7 Lakhs. (The INR 7 lakh threshold for the Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS) applies to the remitter; buyers must submit a declaration to PlanMyTour.)
- The TCS amount collected is non-refundable in the event of tour cancellation.
- According to Section 206CCA of the Income Tax Act, 1961, if you have not filed income tax returns for the last two years and your aggregate TDS and TCS in each year is INR 50,000 or more, a TCS rate of 20% will be applied upon PAN validation. If the PAN is invalid or does not belong to the user/traveler, the booking may be canceled, and cancellation charges will apply.
- If your PAN is not linked to your AADHAAR, TCS will be charged at 10%, and TCS credits may not appear in Form 26AS, AIS, or TIS. Additionally, booking cancellation and charges will apply.
- An 'Overseas tour package' is defined as a package including travel, hotel stays, lodging, or similar expenses outside India.
- A 'Specified Person' is defined under Section 206CCA of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
- The user is responsible for paying TCS on international tour packages as per Section 206C (1G)(b) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. PlanMyTour will remit the TCS amount to the government and provide the necessary documentation or certificate.
- Users must provide a valid PAN for themselves or travelers at the time of booking. PlanMyTour will validate the PAN and may cancel the booking if the PAN is invalid or does not match the user/traveler. Refunds will be processed per the cancellation policy.
- Users must also ensure their PAN is linked with AADHAAR. If the user qualifies as a 'Specified Person' under Section 206CCA, they must pay TCS at the applicable higher rate. Failure to pay additional TCS may result in booking cancellations and applicable cancellation charges.
Compliance with the Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS):
- The RBI requires PAN details for transactions under the LRS, including international bookings. Users must provide PAN details before or at the time of booking, or if the traveler is a minor, PAN details of the parent/guardian are required. Non-compliance may lead to booking cancellations. PAN must be linked with AADHAAR.
- Users must ensure that the total foreign exchange remitted or purchased does not exceed the permissible limit set by the RBI. If the limit is exceeded, PlanMyTour will cancel the booking and process refunds according to the cancellation policy. Users must confirm that their PAN and AADHAAR are linked with the Income Tax Department at the time of booking or later.
- Users authorize PlanMyTour to retrieve PAN details from their profile or previous bookings or share data with third parties for verification purposes.
- PlanMyTour does not collect PAN details without consent. Users can choose not to provide PAN details or request deletion through their profile on the PlanMyTour website or sales channels.
- For international bookings, compliance with the LRS or other applicable laws may require PAN or passport details. PlanMyTour will use such information solely for the required purposes. If users do not provide this information, PlanMyTour may not process the booking. PAN details will not be shared without user consent, unless required by law.
EMI OPTIONS :
Flexible Financing Option (EMI):
- Banks and financial institutions offer travel loans on an EMI basis, which includes principal, interest, and other applicable charges. The EMI terms are governed by the respective bank or financial institution, and users should contact them for inquiries or disputes.
- For EMI facilities, banks may charge down payments, installments, interest, processing fees, etc., as per their policies. In case of tour cancellation, PlanMyTour will apply cancellation charges as per its policy, and the bank or financial institution will process any refunds after deducting cancellation fees.
- The provision of EMI facilities is at the discretion of the bank or financial institution, and PlanMyTour is not involved in decisions related to EMI approval, pricing, or other related matters.
- PlanMyTour is not liable for any disputes arising between the user and the bank or financial institution concerning EMI facilities.
